1. Nomination and Selection

Climate Scale-Up collaborates with top industry leaders for company nominations. We perform our own rigorous evaluation to identify the most promising climate solutions.

4. Investment Agreement (SAFE)

On Deal Day, we invest using SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) agreements. SAFEs provide clarity on terms and conditions for future equity. They also align investor and company interests for long-term growth.

2. Partnership and Mentorship

Climate Scale-Up provides strategic guidance to portfolio companies through tailored mentorship. We help foster collaborations between companies and industry leaders to create synergies with partners to maximize growth potential.

3. Showcase in Davos
